Dle V\u011bstn\u00edku MZd. \u010d. 2\/2010 je p\u00e9\u010de o pacienty s akutn\u00ed CMP\u00a0poskytov\u00e1na centralizovan\u011b prost\u0159ednictv\u00edm s\u00edt\u011b\u00a0Komplexn\u00edch cerebrovaskul\u00e1rn\u00edch a Iktov\u00fdch center. EEG\u00a0je z\u00e1sadn\u00ed\u00a0vy\u0161et\u0159ovac\u00ed metodikou pro\u00a0stanoven\u00ed diagn\u00f3zy epilepsie. Sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed elektroencefalografu\u00a0je n\u011bkolik elektrod (16 a\u017e 25), kter\u00e9 jsou napojeny na vyhodnocovac\u00ed za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed &#8211; po\u010d\u00edta\u010d. Vy\u0161et\u0159en\u00ed\u00a0nevy\u017eaduje \u017e\u00e1dnou zvl\u00e1\u0161tn\u00ed p\u0159\u00edpravu.\u00a0EEG se prov\u00e1d\u00ed jako ambulantn\u00ed vy\u0161et\u0159en\u00ed. Pacientovi je na hlavu nasazena speci\u00e1ln\u00ed\u00a0\u010depice s\u00a0elektrodami, na kter\u00e9 byl p\u0159edt\u00edm nanesen vodiv\u00fd gel. Po um\u00edst\u011bn\u00ed \u010depice a po jej\u00edm p\u0159ipojen\u00ed k\u00a0p\u0159\u00edstroji se pacient ulo\u017e\u00ed na vy\u0161et\u0159ovac\u00ed l\u016f\u017eko. Cel\u00e9 vy\u0161et\u0159en\u00ed trv\u00e1 do\u00a045\u00a0minut. B\u011bhem vy\u0161et\u0159en\u00ed je ob\u010das pacient vyzv\u00e1n, aby na ur\u010ditou dobu zav\u0159el \u010di otev\u0159el o\u010di, aby ur\u010ditou rychle zhluboka d\u00fdchal. V\u00a0ur\u010dit\u00e9 f\u00e1zi je tak\u00e9 pacient vystaven sv\u011bteln\u00fdm z\u00e1blesk\u016fm, na EEG se tak m\u016f\u017ee uk\u00e1zat\u00a0citlivost na sv\u011btlo\u00a0(fotosenzitivita), kter\u00e1 je p\u0159\u00edtomn\u00e1 u\u00a0ur\u010dit\u00fdch druh\u016f epilepsie. EEG vy\u0161et\u0159en\u00ed nem\u00e1 \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e1 rizika, nevystavuje pacienta \u017e\u00e1dn\u00fdm \u0161kodliv\u00fdm \u00fa\u010dink\u016fm, ani nen\u00ed bolestiv\u00e9. Na EEG vy\u0161et\u0159en\u00ed se nen\u00ed t\u0159eba nijak speci\u00e1ln\u011b p\u0159ipravovat. Pokud ale pl\u00e1nujete nap\u0159\u00edklad\u00a0n\u00e1v\u0161t\u011bvu kade\u0159n\u00edka, je lep\u0161\u00ed ji odlo\u017eit na dobu po vy\u0161et\u0159en\u00ed EEG, p\u0159i vy\u0161et\u0159en\u00ed se v\u00e1m toti\u017e\u00a0m\u016f\u017ee &#8222;rozcuchat&#8220;\u00a0\u00fa\u010des.<\/p>\n<p>Vy\u0161et\u0159en\u00ed objedn\u00e1v\u00e1 neurolog a je k n\u011bmu t\u0159eba m\u00edt doporu\u010den\u00ed s vypln\u011bnou \u017e\u00e1dankou. EEG\u00a0je z\u00e1sadn\u00ed\u00a0vy\u0161et\u0159ovac\u00ed metodikou pro\u00a0stanoven\u00ed diagn\u00f3zy epilepsie. Cel\u00e9 vy\u0161et\u0159en\u00ed trv\u00e1 do\u00a045\u00a0minut. B\u011bhem vy\u0161et\u0159en\u00ed je ob\u010das pacient vyzv\u00e1n, aby na ur\u010ditou dobu zav\u0159el \u010di otev\u0159el o\u010di, aby ur\u010ditou rychle zhluboka d\u00fdchal. V\u00a0ur\u010dit\u00e9 f\u00e1zi je tak\u00e9 pacient vystaven sv\u011bteln\u00fdm z\u00e1blesk\u016fm, na EEG se tak m\u016f\u017ee uk\u00e1zat\u00a0citlivost na sv\u011btlo\u00a0(fotosenzitivita), kter\u00e1 je p\u0159\u00edtomn\u00e1 u\u00a0ur\u010dit\u00fdch druh\u016f epilepsie. EEG vy\u0161et\u0159en\u00ed nem\u00e1 \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e1 rizika, nevystavuje pacienta \u017e\u00e1dn\u00fdm \u0161kodliv\u00fdm \u00fa\u010dink\u016fm, ani nen\u00ed bolestiv\u00e9. Na EEG vy\u0161et\u0159en\u00ed se nen\u00ed t\u0159eba nijak speci\u00e1ln\u011b p\u0159ipravovat.
