SPIS = System of Psychosocial Intervention Services 
Crisis medical intervention teams provide acute crisis support within the SPIS (System of Psychosocial Intervention Services) as well as supportive conversations to patients and their families, but also to hospital staff.

Crisis intervention specialist = a specially trained hospital employee who offers supportive conversation and acute crisis intervention.

  • offers supportive counseling and acute crisis intervention.
  • for patients, their relatives, staff, witnesses to the tragic event.
  • It helps with acute stress reactions, acute psychological trauma, loss of a loved one or a child, receiving a serious diagnosis, and for participants and perpetrators of traffic accidents.

  • personal crisis...


When to contact an interventionist? 
Whenever I need:

  • psychological support for patients or their relatives in acute crisis situations.
  • psychological support for healthcare workers in cases of excessive stress, which is completely confidential.
