Contact Centre Unit
The contact centre staff handles the administrative admission for hospitalisation. By uploading identification data into the system and creating the basis for the patients' medical records, the actual admission to the ward is significantly accelerated.
A very used service by our patients is "eAmbulance". This is another agenda associated with the contact centre.
