Information Safety Policy
The hospital has set security objectives to ensure information security:
- Protect information in accordance with its value, sensitivity and purpose.
- Promote the development of secure environments, processes and information handling methods leading to information security both inside and outside the hospital.
- Provide secure infrastructure, information and communication technology and information processing facilities containing the necessary security features.
- Educate hospital employees, including external entities, on cybersecurity and continuously increase their security awareness.
- Effectively manage and handle emergencies and security incidents and minimize negative impacts on information and hospital operations.
We prefer that the information and information technology that the hospital works with are always reliable, correct, trustworthy and protected from threats. The security measures in place are designed to ensure security principles:
- Trust or providing access to information only to authorised users with the necessary permissions.
- Integritywhich involves ensuring the accuracy, completeness and integrity of information and processes.
- Availability required and necessary information to all authorised users at the time it is needed or requested by them.

It is generally applicable to all suppliers, business partners, external IT service providers, etc. Jihlava Hospital, hereinafter referred to collectively as "third parties", who have the right to access from inside or outside the computer network, information systems or ICT resources of the Hospital and processed information in any form and shape on the basis of mutual employment or other contractual relationships.
