Department description
The Paediatric Department of Hospital Jihlava provides comprehensive professional care for paediatric patients from birth to eighteen years of age in a total of 59 neonatal, standard and ICU beds.
After birth, we care for both physiological and premature newborns from the 31st gestational week in the Perinatology Intermediate Care Centre.
We provide care for children with a wide range of diagnoses in standard beds. We refer haemato-oncology, rheumatology, cardiology, allergy and neurosurgery patients to specialist centres.
We are able to care for children with nephrological, endocrinological, gastroenterological or diabetological diseases both on an outpatient and inpatient basis.
