Our patients' satisfaction is important to us
We care about the satisfaction of our patients. Every hospitalized patient has the opportunity to evaluate the provision of services in our hospital or to express their satisfaction by filling out an electronic questionnaire. The results of the questionnaire survey are presented to the employees of the Hospital Jihlava at regular intervals and we look for ways to improve the care of our patients.
